Rupshikha, just another simple house-wife who always had a dream to create her own identity though her passion and skills which finally accomplished the goal to start a micro start-up as one of the co-founder and CEO of gramOsetu Craft.
She has completed her graduation from Calcutta University, roamed to various states of country as the spouse of IAF personnel and acquired a wide experience about people and their culture. Eventually , you will find varieties of feminine and home made products here introduced by our leader.

Hirak, a retired person from Indian Air Force with knowledge of technical, administrative and management for 20 years. He is with the vision to serve the nation in different way. Though he is basically from science background, due to service exigencies, he completed his graduation in correspondence from Dr. B.R. Amedkar University, Agra . He got his PGDCA from Madurai Kamaraj University. He got diploma in Mechanical Engineering from IGNOU. Chandan is pursuing the vision to create self-sustainable eco-system of multiple corners in society with digital inclusion inside community.

After graduation in Electrical Engineering from Burdwan University in 2004, he has moved through various private and public organizations including research.
