Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

1)         How do I cancel the order?

To cancel an order, please find the “Help” option in the order details page under “My Orders”. Click through the help section to reach gramOsetu craft Support on WhatsApp or mail us to gramosetucrafts@gmail.com. You can request a cancellation there.

2)         When can I cancel my order?

In case you would like to cancel an order, you can request to do so before the item(s) are shipped by us.

3)         Can I return part of the order?

Yes, you can initiate a partial return where part of the order is placed under a return request. Please reach out to gramOsetu craft Support for initiating the return. After considering the order, any refund will be initiated accordingly.

4)         Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Returning /exchange of the product will not be accepted when the customer has no valid reason for returning the product. As a general rule live organic products like live plants, perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not returnable. Also, returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged by customer.
  • Product is used/altered by customer.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • If request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery.
  • Any free product provided with the order.

5)      What to do if damaged items getting delivered?

If your package appears damaged, and upon opening it if you find the product damaged, email us at gramosetucrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Kindly follow the steps below so that we can process your returns as quickly as possible.

i) Make a note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the way bill, and a copy of the way bill, which you retain. Also, appropriate remarks should be made on the delivery sheet (if applicable) of the courier personnel making the delivery.

ii) Please notify gramOsetu craft directly within 2 days of receipt of the product if there is damage along with the details of the damage.

iii) Also send us unpacking video & images of the product with close ups of the damaged portion(s).

When you email us, we will discuss a replacement, refund or credit. In case you desire a replacement, please ship the product back in the original packing materials and container. As soon as we receive your returned product, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge. The cost of returning damaged items will have to borne by you initially. Upon receiving the damaged items and confirming that they have been damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of your shipping the items back to us.

Unfortunately, replacements are not available for one–of-a-kind works (customized product) immediately. In such a case we would inform you about the feasibility of making another copy of the same object and the time that would be required.

6)      What to do if you receive wrong items – not according to your order?

Upon receipt of the item/s, if you find that they are not as per your order, please inform us within 48 hours of such receipt. email us at gramosetucrafts@gmail.com. Please provide us with the following:

       i) Details of your order number and the item/s included in your order.

ii)    Invoice number accompanying your order

iii) Consignment number of the courier’s way bill

         iv) Also send us unpacking video & images of the product with close ups of the damaged portion(s).

When email us, we will discuss a replacement, refund or credit. In case you desire a replacement, please ship the item/s back in the original packing materials and container. As soon as we receive your returned item/s and confirm that they are in good condition, your originally ordered item/s will be shipped to you at no charge. The cost of returning wrongly shipped items will have to borne by you initially. Upon receiving the returned items in good condition, we will refund the cost of your shipping.

7)      ***Refund policy: We follow easy return policies but customer need to be honest & follow some basic guidelines.

i) When order cancelled before shipping, full amount will be refunded by gramOsetu craft. We process the refund within 24-48 hours of the request. Once processed, the refund amount will reflect back in account as per following conditions

a) Prepaid Orders – Amount is refunded back to the original mode of payment. It will reflect within 4-7 business days depending on the original mode of payment.

b) Cash on Delivery – If the order amount was paid in cash/card on delivery, we will initiate a bank transfer to the account details shared by you while raising the refund request.

ii)   When order cancelled after shipping, amount deducted after packing charge & courier charge, will be refunded.

iii)   When product returned by customer, refund amount will be decided by gramOsetu craft team after validation of returned product. The general guidelines you must have to adhere, are:

a) You must have to send proper unpacking video. Video should not be edited or cut in between.

b) You must have to send clear image of shipping label, shipping invoice, received package (before unpacking) & product.

c) You must have to follow other guidelines mentioned above. Return shipping charge will be deducted from refund amount.

iv)   When damaged item received, we will refund full amount after validating above mentioned guidelines.

v)   When wrong item received– not according to your order, we will refund full amount after validating above mentioned guidelines.
